Refund policy

We prioritize ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth. For this, we offer Free Exchanges on all our Shirts. We also offer returns for store credit or refund. 

Returns/Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To initiate a return/ exchange, you can also contact us at hello@earthyroute.com or WhatsApp on 9106191408.  If your return/ exchange request is accepted, we’ll arrange for a pickup. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Clothing can be returned only if there is a size issue. To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance Sale items can only be exchanged and not returned.

Damaged or defective product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in the case of damaged or defective items being sent. In other cases, store credit will be provided to you which can be used to purchase any other product from our website. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund or store credit will be provided to you within 7 days of we receiving back the product.

In case of returns for refunds, charges towards return shipping and handling will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.

Please note that the COD charges (Rs.75) paid towards delivery will not be refunded for COD orders.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at hello@earthyroute.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the shipment in case the order has not been shipped.  If it has been sent, it will be considered as a purchase and the Returns & Exchange policy as below will be duly applicable.
