Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send an email to - hello@earthyroute.com with the subject line as ‘Cancel Order’ mentioning your Order Number and Email ID used for purchase. If the order has already been shipped, it will be considered as a purchase and the Returns & Exchange Policy will be duly applicable.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can return the product within 15 days of placing the order. We only accept products that are unused and unwashed with all the tags attached together. Please return the products in the original packaging. Products that have been damaged by the customer will not be eligible for returns. Send an email to - hello@earthyroute.com with the subject line as ‘Return Request’ mentioning your Order Number and Email ID used for purchase. If accepted, we will schedule a pickup for the product within 5-7 working days. All the refunds will be extended within 7-10 working days from the date of accepting the return. If you would like to add a feedback to your return, please do so, it will help us improve!

 

Exchanges

For exchanges, you will have to place a return request and then place a new order.

 

Damaged Product Received

We are sorry you received a damaged product. Please send an email with photographs of the damaged product to - hello@earthyroute.com with the subject line as ‘Damaged Product’. Do mention your Order Number and Email ID used for purchase. If accepted, we will schedule a pickup for the product within 5-7 working days. All the refunds will be extended within 7-10 working days from the date of accepting the return.
